Moustaki Bookkeeping Services Becomes a Companies House Authorised Agent

We are delighted to announce that Moustaki Bookkeeping Services is now registered as a Companies House Authorised Agent (Authorised Corporate Service Provider - ACSP).

This registration allows us to support clients with the new identity verification requirements being introduced by Companies House as part of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act reforms.

These changes represent one of the most significant updates to Companies House procedures in many years and are designed to improve the accuracy of the Companies House register, strengthen corporate transparency and help combat fraud.

As a Companies House Authorised Agent, we can now verify the identity of company directors, Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) and other individuals who are required to complete identity verification under the new rules.
